46.1 Chain conveyors

 
Chain conveyors can have different chain step type, depending the handling product type, from minimum ½ inch to maximum 1 inch double.
Chain conveyor may have direct motorization (splined on shaft) or return motorization by means of sprocket and chain.
Idle roller conveyor can be unidirectional or bidirectional with central or head motorization.
The machinery can be build by painted steel, electro-galvanized steel and stainless steel.
